Directions

PLEASE NOTE: GPS DIRECTIONS MAY SEND YOU TO ST. ANTHONY MAIN INSTEAD OF RIVERPLACE. PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BELOW.

Follow the directions below and park in the Riverplace ramp on 2nd Street (entrance behind Our Lady of Lourdes Church.) Enter the Riverplace building on the second floor (or take the elevator just inside the building to the second floor) and proceed to the front of the building. At the Riverplace Office, take a left turn down a long hall to the Cincinnatus offices, Suite 210. If you need assistance, call Diane Matson at 612-843-0124.

FROM SOUTH

Take Hwy 35W north (2nd lane from left) and follow signs to to Downtown exits.
Take 5th Ave. exit. As you enter downtown, stay on 5th Ave (2nd lane from the left).
Turn left onto Washington Ave. and continue to Hennepin Ave.
Turn right on Hennepin and cross the bridge to 2nd St. SE.
Turn right on 2nd St. (by Nye’s Polonaise Room).
Riverplace underground parking is on the right side, just before the stop sign.

FROM NORTH

Take Hwy 35W south to University Ave/4th St. SE exit.
Turn right onto 4th St. SE to Central Ave.
Turn left on Central Ave to University Ave. (next stoplight)
Turn right on University Ave.
Take next left (Bank Street).
Turn right at 2nd St. (stop sign).
Turn left immediately into Riverplace underground parking on the left side.

FROM NORTHWEST

Take Hwy 94 to Exit 230/4th Street exit, continue to Hennepin Avenue.
Turn left on Hennepin and cross the bridge to 2nd St. SE.
Turn right on 2nd (by Nye’s Polonaise Room) to Riverplace underground parking on the right side, just before the stop sign.

FROM EAST

Take Hwy 94 east to Huron Blvd. Exit 235B. Stay straight to go onto Huron Blvd. SE.
Turn left onto SE University Ave.
Turn slight right onto SE Oak St.
Stay straight to go onto SE 4th St.
Turn left on Central Ave to University Ave. (next stoplight) and turn right.
Take next left (Bank Street); turn right at 2nd St. (stop sign).
Turn left immediately into Riverplace underground parking on the left side.

FROM WEST

Take Hwy 394 to Washington Ave. exit.
Turn right on Washington, go to Hennepin Ave.
Turn left on Hennepin and cross the bridge to 2nd St. SE.
Turn right on 2nd (by Nye’s Polonaise Room) to Riverplace underground parking on the right side, just before the stop sign.
